Parlorium is made by one developer. Write to the address below and a person will answer.

I bought Remove ads and still see ads

Open Settings in the app and choose Restore purchases. The purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account, so it comes back on a new device or after reinstalling. Apple and Google handle payments and refunds; Parlorium never sees your payment details.

Changing the language

Parlorium ships in English and Canadian French. Open Settings and pick a language, or leave it on the system setting to follow your device.

Moving saved games to another device

Open Settings and choose Export a backup…, then Import a backup… on the other device. The file holds your records, games in progress and settings. On iPhone and iPad you can also turn on Back up to iCloud Drive to keep a copy in your own iCloud account.

Playing with someone nearby

Local multiplayer runs over your own Wi-Fi network. One player hosts a table and the others join from their phones. Everyone needs to be on the same network, and the app needs permission to find devices on it.

Leaderboards and achievements

These come from Game Center on iPhone and iPad and from Google Play Games on Android. Sign in to that service on your device and the app picks it up.

Privacy

The privacy policy says what the app does and does not do with information. Privacy questions go to the same address.
